Michael Whitlock serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries at Focus Church, bringing over eight years of dedicated service and leadership to the team. With a deep passion for empowering people and building the local church, Michael has gained extensive experience across multiple areas of ministry. He now oversees all ministries across Focus Church’s various locations, ensuring alignment with the church’s vision to see people experience "Life Change Through Christ."

In addition to his executive role, Michael serves as the Campus Pastor for Focus Church’s broadcast campus, the largest in the network, where over 1,200 people gather each Sunday. His hands-on leadership and pastoral care at the broadcast campus set the tone for excellence and engagement across all campuses.

Michael is known for his strategic mindset, heart for discipleship, and ability to cultivate strong ministry teams. Under his leadership, Focus Church has continued to grow and thrive, creating environments where people feel welcomed, connected, and empowered to live out their faith.
