At the age of 24, Mike Santiago, along with his wife Ashton, plus three kids in diapers, all moved to North Carolina to plant Focus Church. Since then, they’ve seen God do countless miracles as the church has grown to multiple locations with over 1,500 in attendance. Mike is passionate about preaching God’s word, planting more churches as an advocate for the Church Multiplication Network, and helping churches break growth barriers through his resource break200.com. Mike was also recently elected to represent the under 40 ministers nationally for the Assemblies of God as the U40 Executive Presbyter. 

He has been featured in Influence Magazine, and Outreach magazine named Focus Church the 2nd most multiplying church in the country. Pastor Mike’s ministry background spans across three generations of Assemblies of God ministry, and a legacy continues to be built as his entire family is involved in ministry.
